What is the order lead-time?
We strive to ship your order within 4 working days. Felt with backings, such as self-adhesive felt or felt wall textile have a 14 days leadtime until shipment. We strives to be able to supply your order from stock. In case of any deviation in the order lead-time we will reach out.
What are the payment terms?
All your orders to Féline are under prepayment terms. Therefore, we will only release your shipment after having received your payment. Please make sure to always mention your Invoice number with your payment.
How do I transfer my payment?

Please make sure to always indicate your order number with the payment. That way we will be able to release your shipment.
Does Féline ship internationally?
Yes we do. We are happy to arrange your shipment. Please do note that all Féline prices are excluding shipment and all shipment costs will be added to your invoice.

What is your return policy?
In case your received order is not confirm agreement, than please reach out to Féline and we can together see what is possible. Orders can be returned only after Féline has agreed to take your return and a fitted solution has been agreed upon.
Processing or applying the fabric means that you have accepted the order. Féline will not be able to take any returns or give refunds for fabrics after they have been processed / applied.
